Are you a secondary teacher or involved in your secondary school? Interested in fitness and keeping kids healthy? In partnership with exercise experts from Dublin City University, the Irish Life Health Schools Fitness Challenge is designed to help students enjoy the benefits of a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
The challenge involves three components:
1): A baseline fitness test to measure current fitness levels.
2): A six-week training programme to improve cardiovascular fitness.
3): A repeat test to measure new fitness levels.
More than 172, 000 children in Ireland have taken part in the challenge since 2013, making it the third largest challenge of its type in the world. To get involved contact Hennelly Finance on 091 670 123 to find out how to register before registrations close on September 22.
